At Chuds BBQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built pits and seasoned equipment are final sale due to their handcrafted nature.

Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
